These special classes are designed to teach you the basics of the PROTECH training system and more advanced forms of sparring.
The Weapons:
Ssahng Joel Bong: Commonly referred to as Nunchucku, this traditional Korean farm tool was converted into a weapon
after many long years of training. Today our ATA Black Belts are required to use not just one of these tools but two for both training drills
and weapons forms. As color belts we focus our training on the Ssahng Joel Bong One Steps.
